1. Agreement Overview
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Metaphysics School of Bliss (“School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the student (“Student,” “you,” or “your”). By enrolling in any course, certification, or ordination program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Program Enrollment & Access
a) Eligibility: Students must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to enroll. Enrollment is open to individuals worldwide who seek spiritual and metaphysical education.
b) Course Access: Upon enrollment, students will receive access to digital course materials, lessons, and training content. All materials are for personal use and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
c) Self-Paced Learning: Our programs are designed for self-paced learning. Students are responsible for completing coursework within the provided timeframe, if applicable.
d) Certification & Ordination Requirements: Completion of coursework, assessments, and any required practical exercises is necessary to receive official certification or ordination credentials.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
a) Payment Terms: All courses, certifications, and ordination programs must be paid in full before access is granted unless an approved payment plan is arranged.
b) Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the nature of digital courses and educational materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a student has accessed course materials.
c) Payment Plans (if applicable): Students on a payment plan must complete all scheduled payments to maintain access to the program and receive their certification or ordination credentials.
4. Certification & Ordination Credentials
a) Certification Issuance: Upon successful completion of a certification program, students will receive a Metaphysical Practitioner Certification in their chosen field. Certifications are issued digitally and may be printed or verified upon request.
b) Ordination Credentials: Students who complete the ministerial training will receive official ordination as a Metaphysical Minister, granting them legal authority to officiate ceremonies and provide spiritual services where recognized.
c) Revocation of Credentials: The School reserves the right to revoke certification or ordination credentials if a student is found to have misused their title, engaged in unethical conduct, or violated the ethical guidelines of spiritual practice.
5. Code of Conduct
a) Ethical Practice: Students are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism in their spiritual work. Misrepresentation, fraudulent claims, or unethical conduct may result in removal from the program.
b) No Misuse of Titles: Certification or ordination does not grant legal or medical authority beyond its intended spiritual scope. Students may not present themselves as licensed medical professionals, therapists, or legal advisors unless separately qualified.
6. Intellectual Property & Course Usage
a) Course Materials: All content, including text, videos, PDFs, and teachings, is the intellectual property of the Metaphysics School of Bliss and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.
b) Limited License: Students are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use course materials for personal and professional development. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution will result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
a) No Guarantees: The School does not guarantee specific outcomes from course completion, certification, or ordination. Success depends on individual application and practice.
b) Not a Medical or Legal Service: Our programs are for spiritual and metaphysical education only. We do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Students are responsible for understanding the laws and regulations regarding spiritual services in their respective locations.
8. Termination of Enrollment
a) Violation of Terms: The School reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment and revoke access to courses if they violate this Agreement or engage in inappropriate conduct.
b) No Refunds Upon Termination: If enrollment is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, no refunds will be issued.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will first be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of California.
